Out of control?

I finished up tonight a few hours earlier and still feel the glow of the tremendous pleasure I experienced.

However, I feel like im on the verge of another level of Super O beyond the full body pleasure I usually attain. The problem is the amount of pleasure I begin to feel exceeds my capacity to control my contractions which leads to over contracting and killing the moment.

Doe anyone who has experienced this "over contraction" phenomenon have any advice? At the point I refer to, my entire being is already wrapped in extacy...I have already let go and let the aneros take over for the most part. The only thing I am doing voluntarily is bearing down as I breath outwards, and breathing in a PC contraction while keeping my lower abdomen is tensed.
