I haven't been able to sleep with Aneros yet. I suspect its because its too exciting for me, I keep getting these involuntary contractions and the pleasure just keeps me awake.

Thinking it best to get used to it, I pottered about the place with after work chores, answering mail, taking care of the pets, emptying the waste paper, that sort of thing.

I initially felt anxious and interpreted every twinge and sensation as the possible starting point of the Nuclear O. Then the sensations built. As I wandered about doing things, I focused on my tasks and periodically woke up to just how hard one does clench back there when something is in.

The sensations built further. Finally, I realized what it was--a fart.

Well, to make a long story short, I read print outs of aneros web site testimonials and user stories while in bed for a half hour, and eventually set a time limit before going forward with a traditional penile orgasm with the aneros in place. It felt stronger than usual, and had some of that wrenching feel I remember from the first orgasms I had when I was young. (Mid 30s now.)

All in all a learning lesson in expectations and humility. I am certain my skills will advance, and at the end of the day, for round one I can say it was an interesting and I look forward to exploring the possibilities of the aneros with interest.
