Hello, i just got my helix and I have been using this website looking for tips. I understand it will take a little while before i get my first super o. Im looking to see if anyone has any tips so i can achieve this faster, I've tried it 3 times now usually for more than 35+minutes. Usually i feel some sensation but after a while i start to masturbate. I have seen posts saying to no masturbate, i usually don't until after a while. I start on my back with the helix then i will turn to my side then my stomach, I've tried many positions to feel the intense pleasure, but can't seem to find it. I do long contractions and feel some pleasure. Can anyone help me fully enjoy my new toy =)

In my experience it gets better over time on its own. It's not 100% technique, it's a learning process for your body.
Right now you can feel pleasure, and that's what you should focus on and follow, do what feels good and stay on it.
Everyone is different, so don't take techniques you read here as undisputed fact. Try them out, but don't get hung up on them or get frustrated if things don't happen. There's some advice you can re-visit later when you're at a different stage.
