Good Day All,
I am a new user of the aneros, My question is how often can you use this product safely. Once I inserted it the first time I didn't want to remove it. Lots of pleasure. Is it safe to sit in a chair or is this too much pressure on the area. Also does anyone find the perineum pressure uncomfortable, I tried placing a washcloth on the plastic tip and it seemed to help any suggestions.

Hi epudd!

Let me Preface this answer by saying: Now that I have been established in my routines for a couple of years, I alternate different disciplines (Aneros and KSMO mostly!)

-- I now do the Aneros 2-3 times a week for 40 min. to a couple of hours!

-- I coined the phrase: "Chair Orgasms", so Yes . . . I use My Aneros in my chair frequently! (I am also very slow to sit sown and move carefully, when changing sitting positions . . . easy does it!)

-- cloth or tissue are good for perineum buffering, also the rubber squeeze bulbs from medicine droppers work for the smaller P-Tabs like Helix and Eupho!

Hope this helps!

Later, Hlaser99
