Hello everyone! This is my first post on the forums and I'm looking for a little insight from the older Aneros users. First of all, I am a 22 years old and straight. I am very new to anal play, maybe about 1-2 months.

I received my first aneros, the helix, in the mail around a week ago and I haven't had much luck with it yet, which is why I am here. 😀 Tonight for the first time, my legs started twitching uncontrollably but I felt no pleasure from this whatsoever. I had a little bit more pre cum then normal but I never felt as if I was about to cum. I tried getting the helix to "rock" inside of me like some of the other advice posts said but I don't think I was doing it right.

Can anyone give me a crash course on how I am suppose to do this? =] Thanks.

sounds like you are doing just fine. there is no real answer to your question as what works for some will not work with others. the twitching and pre cum would indicate progress.
Some make progress in leaps and bounds and others crawl at a snails pace. For me it been the better part of two years and although I have not had a super O, I have made slow (painfully slow somedays) but steady progress. I would stay the course and get more sessions under your belt

Congratulations on the progress! For me, large muscle twitching was a good confirmation of prostate contact. I liken to this to the brain saying, "hmmm, something feels good, what can I do to make it better." ---sort of a random trial of involuntary contractions about the bod. You can expect other muscle twitches -- for several sessions my brain was playing with the forehead and eye muscles then gave that up. After a couple of dozen sessions the brain tried a massive contraction of the rectum and returns to that more frequently as time goes on. Some guys refer to that as the prostate hugging the Aneros. It's really the brain running the show. As the PGA says, "this is a game played in the space between your ears.

As the forum experts say, be patient, be relaxed and listen carefully to your bod. Note and cherish each little feeling and fear nothing! I'm nearing six months of 'journey' sessions and feel something new every couple of weeks. Think of it as a trip -- the scenery along the way is pretty good. Smell the flowers.

Sorry, this device doesn't solely produce the feeling of cumming. It produces so much more. As you have found out your leg twitched uncontrollably. It's something you can't control and this twitching is in response to stimulating your prostate. This means you're on the right track and making wonderful progress! My advice is to take your mind off the only thing you know a penis can do during orgasm (Ejaculate) and think of something more. Maybe watch some movies of women having true orgasms and see how much their whole body is involved in the entire process. It's this type of related orgasm that the aneros can give you and the pleasure from this is out of this world once you experience it for the first time.

My best advice is to forget about the orgasms/ejaculations you're accustomed to and think of something entirely different. Because it truly is.
