I have two types of Aneros models, an MGX and a Helix. My problem is that I dont seem to feel any pressure on my prostate, it just feel like some plastic is up my ass. Is there a different model someone can recommend or has a similar issue?

There can be a period of early practice as you describe before your prostate "awakens" to the very gentle massage of an aneros. That is also what provides the medical safety of this hands-free system.

Have you ever explored your prostate sensations with your finger, or a partner's finger in there? Have you used any other anal toys or play in the past? Does the p-tab do anything for your perineum?

Are you getting any mobility with either or both models you have when you have one of them in there? Any involuntary contractions? How frequently do you use your aneros?
