I generally have sessions after my wife is asleep; it generally works OK, except those rare times where I'm thrashing about with an autothrust episode, and she'll kick me for being too much of a disturbance.

At bedtime I remove the Paridise and go to bed with the wife. Then either if she is snoring or I am having a bad night sleep, I move into the spare room and slip in my Helix, or GMX, or Euphor, or another Paridise. If I fall asleep I wake up later riding the waves. Sometimes I am riding all night.

You just have to make quiet time or do it with your partner.
