You are the best judge of how much stimulation you can tolerate before potential desensitization begins, I just believe it is something you may wish to consider before embarking upon extended Aneros sessions. At some point you are bound to reach sensory input overload and your body will naturally begin to shut down its response to continuing stimuli. Whether this has long term or permanent effects, I don't know, just something to think about. As has been mentioned numerous times in this Forum the use of the Aneros massager can be very addictive due to its pleasure reinforcing action, but it can be a manageable addiction!
