How am I supposed to used it? I guess no thrusting, right? Do I need press it inside with some kegel, or just sit there and do nothing?
Can I watch porn while it's up there? I understand people are supposed to relax. Watching porn is fun, but it might be difficult to control my breathing. Is that important?
Another option would be to do erotic roleplay online while having the Aneros inside. Would that be too disruptive? My penis will be caged just to make sure I'll resist the temptation.
Can I browse the internet at all, or should I just lie there and close my eyes for two hours? I'm excited, but trying not to get my expectations too high. Thanks very much! 🙂
If you go to https://www.aneros.com you will see a video link to “Prostate Massage 101 - The Ins and Outs of Prostate Play”, ~38 minutes. It is really good, with Forrest Andrews, who has studied prostate massages for many years for the company.
Then there is this link also:

@great-sky-7465 Golfing1's suggestion is a good place to start. It might help to think of this more as a meditation. Porn might not be the best idea starting out, rather focus inward to feel the tiny sensations that over time will expand. Focus on breathing and feeling energy flowing in and out of your prostate. Before starting make sure you're cleaned out somewhat (not your whole system, just your rectum). Put a towel down where you'll have your session. Use plenty of lube. You could lay on your back or side starting. Do contractions with the Aneros. Experiment with how you can move it, generally how it feels, and observe. Have fun and good luck !
How am I supposed to used it? I guess no thrusting, right?
Insert and use your pelvic floor muscles to move your massager, avoid manual manipulation.
Do I need press it inside with some kegel, or just sit there and do nothing?
Either method will work you just need to experiment.
Can I watch porn while it's up there?
You can but many men find watching porn to be a distraction, taking focus away from the subtle sensations of prostate massage.
I understand people are supposed to relax. Watching porn is fun, but it might be difficult to control my breathing. Is that important?
Yes, relaxation is important and breath work can also enhance sensations.
Another option would be to do erotic roleplay online while having the Aneros inside. Would that be too disruptive?
Again this can be distractive, however, internally generated erotic fantasy can be an effective way to amplify arousal which is a key component leading toward prostate orgasms.
My penis will be caged just to make sure I'll resist the temptation.
Many men have found that avoiding penile stimulation is definitely helpful in maintaining focus on the prostate sensations.
Can I browse the internet at all, or should I just lie there and close my eyes for two hours?
You can but again anything that takes focus away from the subtle prostate sensations will make it more difficult to achieve prostate orgasms.
I'm excited, but trying not to get my expectations too high.
You should be excited and not having any expectations is important. Now for my advice. @Golfing1's suggestion to view the Prostate Massage 101 - The Ins and Outs of Prostate Play is a good starting point but there is more specific information to be found in the following sources. Please see the Sticky threads Introductory Message to New Members, @B-Mayfield's thread B's Keys and B's Best and of course please read the Aneros WIKI. After reading through all that information you will have many more answers to your questions.

should I just lie there and close my eyes for two hours?
That's probably the way to go, yeah. If you really need to use porn, do it ahead of time, then have the session when you're done. As others have said, the sensations are going to be subtle, and you'll need to focus on yourself for this. Maybe more deeply than you're used to.
You should be prepared to throw away everything you know about masturbation, on many levels you didn't even know existed.
Insert and use your pelvic floor muscles to move your massager, avoid manual manipulation.
Hi, sorry I'm confused I have a few questions please.
1) to give an estimation: approximately how many times to move Aneros intentionally during a minute?
2) Does the action of using the pelvic floor muscles last for all the session? I mean do you intentionally move the Aneros for 1 or 2 hours like thousand of times until you find a pleasure?
3) During orgasms do you still move it intentionally?
4) can you give more info about moving the Aneros what do you mean by moving ot using the pelvic floor muscles please? The pelvic area is very huge.
thanks for your attention.
I mean do you intentionally move the Aneros for 1 or 2 hours like thousand of times until you find a pleasure?
I think he meant "if you are to move it..." then only use your internal muscles, ie. don't grab it. You can move it around by squeezing different muscles, you'll know when you find them, so it's not really that important to delve into specifics.
There is no formula for how many times to move it, or how hard. It's a negotiation you have to work out with your own body. You can move it around (using pelvic muscles), to find where it feels good, or what combination of movements might awaken something nice.
Or you don't have to move it at all. Which is how I'd recommend you spend a large part of your session, just quietly listening for sensations. Focusing on what the subtle pressure against your prostate feels like, what the sensation in your anus is like. It has been said a thousand times on this forum, but these sensations start out small, often very very small. But they grow if you pay attention to them. It's impossible to imagine ahead of time just how much these sensations can grow, but they are the seeds of the orgasm, even if they feel insignificant at first.
Cultivating those seeds is a skill and a kind of conditioning, that'll improve over time and many sessions.
1) to give an estimation: approximately how many times to move Aneros intentionally during a minute?
I agree with @Clenchy's response, there is no specific number or rate of performing contractions. Every man is unique and needs to find a rhythm that proves effective for him.
2) Does the action of using the pelvic floor muscles last for all the session?
It could, one technique is repeatedly using contractions until muscle fatigue kicks in causing the PC and/or anal sphincter muscles to go into spasm (involuntaries), another technique involves trying to hold a contraction indefinitely until the involuntaries kick in. still another technique is using very slow contractions from light to heavy and savoring the resultant sensations. You just need to experiment and find what works well for you.
3) During orgasms do you still move it intentionally?
Some men can or do, but I find that I just want to savor the sensation when it occurs and ride through the orgasm in a relaxed state of mind.
4) can you give more info about moving the Aneros what do you mean by moving ot using the pelvic floor muscles please?
Please see the Aneros WIKI>Your Body>Pelvic Floor Muscles for information. The three main groups of muscles are anal sphincters , pubococcygeus and rectal. Each of these muscle groups can move your Aneros in subtle ways and learning to take control of them individually will increase the likelihood of leading you to prostate based orgasms. Many men have found establishing a routine of kegel exercises has aided to their proficiency in achieving prostate orgasms using their Aneros massagers.

I can already report great things and hightened sensations. It looks like my first prostate orgasm is within reach, and it's amazing.
Questions:
1) Is there a limit of how long a session should be?
2) How often can I have a session? Is once a week okay? Can I do it more often?
Thanks for this outpouting of kindness and attention! I'm really enjoying my time! 🤩 🤩
1) Is there a limit of how long a session should be
None that I'm aware of. Though I find sessions usually have a life-span of their own. For me, about 3 hours is the longest I can go before things become dull or numb. And of that 3 hours, usually only the first 2 were any good... I'll often spend the 3rd hour trying to get back to where I was earlier, or riding some kind of fullness for its own sake. It can be hard to snap out of that, which is sometimes why I'll ejaculate normally... just to put a definite end-point on the session.
2) How often can I have a session? Is once a week okay? Can I do it more often?
I don't think there's any definite answer to this either. What ever works for you. You might find with experience, that you develop a sense for when the time is right for a session. I think I averaged out at about twice per week.
I suppose it opens out to a broader question of how much and how often someone should pleasure themselves in general. Unfortunately the loudest voices in the room seem to be arguing over morality (or the lack of), rather than about things that can be known in terms of neurology, mood, motivation, hormones, etc.
@clenchy Well, I'm happy to be the most immoral member in this community, bring on the gold medal, haha!
My concern is only of a medical nature. I'd like to know how often I can do it without hurting the prostata, the anus, my colon etc.
I'd like to do it often, but I'd like to stay healthy too.
@rumel what do you think about trying to use aneros during a relaxation massage
I don't think there is anything inherently objectionable to this, it could be quite interesting but I am not sure that it would be effective for achieving orgasms. While relaxation is an important state of being able to achieve these prostate orgasms it is also important to be focused on the subtle sensations being generated by the massager during contractions. Experiencing a full body massage simultaneously could be distractive to that mental state necessary but it could also be extremely arousing if the masseuse is suitably stimulating as well. Try it out and let us know the results.
