abolene will not hurt the aneros. it is an excellent oil based lube available cheaply at your local drug store, in the makeup aisle.

it is my favorite for manual sex, my wife and myself.

also great on nipples.

compared to vaseline, it is much more fluid and slippery, but lasts as long.

Also while I was at the drug store, I picked up a couple of those medicine droppers someone recommended a while back! Justy pull off the rubber squeeze part and it really does slide right over the helix type tab and makes it rounder and actually soft! (used it for a long session with no pain and it feels great too!)

i've been using this stuff one way or another basically every day for, what, 20 years, and the entire time i thought it was "abolene" while, as i now stand corrected, it is "albolene." woah, d'oh.

by the way, i should note that, as i think back, i've only had to buy like about 10 or less tubs over those decades, so, it seems that with daily use, a 12oz tub lasts maybe a couple of years. that's about 2 cents per use.

I originally became aware of albolene as a lube on the old Art-Of Anal forum.You certainly are correct about how long a tub last's, I purchased the one I have about 5 yrs. ago(I haven't done prostate play every day or two until I got my Aneros's.So my 3/4 full Albolene tub should last me for a year and a half.Again thanks for the info
