Hi All,

I've been using the aneros for a little over a year now, still no super-o or even mini-o. However, I do definitely enjoy it a lot, so I'm not really frustrated with it. Anyway, over the past month or so, I've started having these sort of buzzing sensations in my perineum. This is not happening during aneros session, it is happening at other times, mostly when I am sitting down. It happens even more if I am aroused. I was wondering if anybody else has experienced this, and might it be a clue that I'm getting closer to a mini-o or super-o?

dbltme,

What you have described corresponds with one of Darwin's 'milestones' - "pleasurable tingling in pelvic regions outside of sessions", see the "GLOSSARY" - http://aneros.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=1619 - for the other milestones of Aneros usage. This is a natural evolution of your "rewiring" process, so there is no need for alarm.

"I've been using the aneros for a little over a year now, still no super-o or even mini-o."

Don't feel bad. I am well beyond 2 years, as are many others.

"However, I do definitely enjoy it a lot,

Same here...very addictive.

"...so I'm not really frustrated with it."

Glad hear it. Talk to me in another year or so... The journey is really nice but the "jackpot" would be REALLY nice...

"Anyway, over the past month or so, I've started having these sort of buzzing sensations in my perineum."

Pretty bizarre, huh? I had almost constant "Perineum Buzzing" for several months during the journey, mainly when I was sitting down. It slowly stopped but I knidof missed it for quite awhile. It was a steady reminder of making progress.

"This is not happening during aneros session, it is happening at other times, mostly when I am sitting down. It happens even more if I am aroused. I was wondering if anybody else has experienced this, and might it be a clue that I'm getting closer to a mini-o or super-o?"

All the same for me except I have still not found the Super/Mini "O".

I have been progressing and working at various aspects as I track down the Super "O". One area is ongoing efforts to develop and strength the three muscle groups. I have found that I can start that "buzzing" at will by squeezing my PC muscle only. It usually works best when I an sitting in a recliner.

So, there is nothing to worry about. You are normal. You making progress. Super "O" around the corner, for your sake, I hope so.

Hope that helps.

Thanks for the comments. I wasn't really so much worried about being 'normal' as I was wondering if I'm making progress towards the 'jackpot', which you have both confirmed 🙂
