Is it ok to do Kegels every day if I dry-O every time?

I wouldn't have it any other way but, when I do Kegel exercises, I start to get involuntary spasms pretty much from the get-go and from there I can't help myself to an O or two.I don't feel any discomfort, but just wondering, is it overdoing it..? Does the old PG need a day off now and again..?
I only use the Helix once or twice a week, and on the days I do, I do no separate Kegel exercises.

Personally I believe our bodies are capable of easily experiencing an orgasm (not ejaculation) daily. However, I think too frequent use of the same stimulating technique such as Aneros use daily is not a good idea. IMHO, it may lead to desensitization of the prostate or even inflammation/irritation/bruising. Developing other strategies (such as Kegeling, nipple stimulation, KSMO, etc.) for orgasm generation is a good idea. I don't think you're overdoing it if you're mixing things up.

How can just kegels produce orgasm? It's not in any way stimulating your prostate, is it? You aren't the first guy I have seen mention this and I am curious how to accomplish this. Does the capability for orgasms without any hand or toy stimulation only develop after you are "rewired" as some would say?

That's good to know, I don't much like the idea of desensitisation, that's enough reason alone not to overdo the aneros.

I'm pretty sure it's not that uncommon for a man to dry-O kegeling without the aneros. For me it happened prior to my first aneros induced O.

I can squirt if I do Kegels, without an Aneros, or any other toy, or anything in my bum. Just by doing Kegels.

Does the capability for orgasms without any hand or toy stimulation only develop after you are "rewired" as some would say?It's most definitely possible...I do it regularly and consistently! My rewiring has brought me to a place where my prostate seems to sit in a holding pattern...sensitive, but not overly reactive, until I sit or lay down and concentrate and relax, which is when I get some quite strong p-waves with just some slight kegles...and if I go long enough, say 20-30 minutes...I'm in dry orgasm land...at work, out on the town, in a meeting...you name it!

I don't believe the length of the kegle itself, as much as the frequency of sessions, had the most effect. I was having sessions many times per week. When doing kegles, I try to be slow and gentle, as opposed to quick and strong, which is challenging, because I usually want to clamp down, but I try hard not to do it!

From my personal experience. Learning to differentiate between PC, rectal and anal contractions as stated in some of the veteran's posts was the main skill required. Then just freestyle experimenting with those. Also, get relaxed beforehand.

Yeah since i'm rewired i tend to kegel just randomly and start to have mini o's and involuntaries rapidly. I think by doing kegels it will help the journey but like @rumel said just do them spread out. instead of everyday try twice a week. Cause when the body gets so use to the new feeling the body won't need the kegels to jump start the orgasm it will happen all on its own from your head, heart and prostate being connected.
