Introduction to Prostate Massage

I bought a Aneros PS New massager and it arrived last Friday. I've used it about 4 times within 5 days. Is there a limit as to how often I should massage my prostate (any risk I should be aware of)? Also, I've noticed that I have to gently insert the device almost all of the way in my anus to keep it in; otherwise my muscle wants to expel the device out. Has anyone had a similar experience? Once the device is all the way in and I remain lying down on my sides or back, the device will remain in. However, if I stand or walk around, the device eventually works it's way out (I heard that some men are able to keep it in for 3 to 4 hours at a time). I usually have the Aneros in for about 30 to 45 minutes at a time. Any advice?

I have started using the anreos about 2 years ago and am still enjoying it. Initially I used it almost daily and in fact about 2 times each day because it was so pleasurable.
It is normal for you to feel that the devise wants to expel itself. Don't worry because this feeling will go away after some use and if you lie down it will not expel.
How long do I use it each time? Well, there were times that I had used it for 3 hours each time. But nowadays, I use it for about 1 hour for the session. Time flies so quickly because it is so pleasurable.
