I Finally Get It Now! (Understanding The Super O)

I've had my Aneros for somewhere around a year now, with many great experiences... some better than others... and I would say that with each experience there seemed to be some type of sexual boundary overcome.... but never quite enough or should i say, never quite over the top. I've now come to realize that just the journey within itself is worth it's weight in gold! Yes it may take some patience and yes it may take some time... the sooner i learned not to expect some big pay off was the moment I learned what sexual pleasure really is! It's a pushing forward without any certain end... it's anticipation rather than expectation.

The Super O, what does it really mean? What does it feel like? As men, I think that we have trained our brains and our bodies to react to pleasure in such a all too familiar way of, get it up... put it in or stroke it to the pinnacle... and then we have grown to expect that great release at the end. And why wouldn't we? I mean, isn't that what a orgasm is? Yes it is and no it is not. What else do we have to compare it with? But that is exactly the point. You have to create something to compare it with in order for the real journey to begin. A journey into what is creating the pleasure in the first place, learning how to harness the pleasure and just enjoy the ride! I had what i consider my first Super O last night... and truly it blew my mind and it felt REALLY GOOD!!! I can honestly say though, that i would have never got there without understanding that it has Nothing to do with reaching a final destination and everything to do with the Journey. To me the Super O is sexual pleasure that keeps expanding upon itself... building and building a constant pleasurable height... it's contrary to the standard male orgasm. If you can imagine what sex is like for a woman, where they can just keep going until they can't stand it anymore... it's the best that I can do as far as a comparison. The Super O is a pleasure that keeps edging blissfully forward and you never really want it to end!

Btw, thank you for providing this forum to document our experiences!

Agreed Bishop, Vanakin - the journey keeps moving and more and more is in store. Even what might be called, "lesser" experiences are wonderful. All sorts of levels to explore! Relax and have fun!

Congratulation Vanakin41!!!! 🙂

And thank you for posting your experiences and thoughts about what a super-O is. It provides much inspiration for me to keep going till I finally achieve super-O's. I totally agree with the points you bring up. I would say that even the Aneros journey in itself is as you say "building and building a constant pleasurable height". I wouldn't trade this journey and experience for anything.

Awesome job man and congrats .... I still don't get the "how" or "what should I be doing " aspect of the aneros

Neither do I. Sometimes I think that perhaps some are just wired for this and some are not. I also believe that you have to have good bodily energy for this to work. I don't have that. The system has beaten me to shit.

Don't give up guys! Everyone can get there. I used to be quite pessimistic that I would ever get there. That is when I took a sabbatical from the aneros and did other things. Then I came back excited and optimistic with a new perspective. The hardest thing for me was to stop trying to will it to happen. Masturbation is all about expectations and aneros is the polar opposite. Aneros use is NOTHING LIKE the mental state of "getting to the finish line" like masturbation is. It's about being extremely patience and enjoying time with yourself and enjoying each sensation. Plus you have to get into a zone where you are not obsessing about if the thing is working.

Close your eyes and fantasize. Put on some good hypnotic music like Rumel's HypnAerosession. And just lay back and relax. If you can get really mentally involved in a great sexual fantasy it will really help. On your back with your bent, legs and knees in a "V" formation so your leg muscles have to strain slightly. If at any point in the session your legs involuntarily jerk, you are on the right track. Just let things happen and don't force it. 😉

Well put, Bishop. I find most everything to do with Aneros work is counter-intuitive.

unconventional,

I know people on this site always say, keep trying eventually you'll get it. Fact is, if the device doesn't fit your body and make contact in the right places the thing will probably never work. It would be nice if there were some way to match the specific models to specific bodies but trial and error seems to be the only option. For example, I own the Helix and the Eupho. They contact differently and initiate responses differently. I imagine that a 1/4" miss of any sensitive spots would make the devices almost useless unless you have enough precise muscle control to move and hold a device where it needs to be. I doubt many people can do that right off the bat.

Cheers,

Dave

Dave,
You basically countered your own point with your last words. "I doubt many people can do that right off the bat."

It's important to realize that for most people it takes time to build enough control over their muscles to be able to hold it where it needs to be!

Rdr,

Good point. I should have continued on to say that there's no guarantee that even if one were to gain precise control over the relevant muscles, the body fit issue might not be resolved. I suspect that most people who have had instant or very rapid success with an Aneros device are the people whose bodies make significant, perceptible contact with the thing in its default position (like me).

Cheers,

Dave

Whoooo-hooooo, Vanakin, why to go. Man you GET IT, DUDE!!!! Exactly right. Bang-on.

And Super O is different for every guy. It's not the destination but a thoroughly enjoyable waypoint to greater self awareness and self exploration. It really does get better and better...each great session builds on the ones before.

You'll be amazed where this is going to take you Vanakin, now that you've crossed over, and can now enjoy what I call "building the bliss cocoon" of Aneros enjoyment. You can let it swell up and wash over you like a wave of unimagined pleasure and peacefulness. Now you can work on maintaining your super arousal and enjoyment...make it last, and last. You'll be on the road to hour long O sessions where it just comes and comes and comes, without any effort on your part.

You got it man...Now let it grow and become the excellent psyche expanding experience that it is.

Wow...it's great.

I would agree it really does play a big part what model you use , i had a helix for nearly a year and very little , i got a eupho about 3 weeks back and i am reaching heights i never thought possible , i am now having super o's and amazing experiences i would never have had with the helix.
it just fits my body so much better

I had my first success with the Eupho, which is suppose to be an advanced model. After a few months I have been having my most intense super-o's with the Helix. Once you learn how to use the aneros and how to get to that special place, I imagine with a little practice all the models will work.
