Hi! I bought the Hypnaerosession Download a few days ago and it's still "Processing" and it's not available in my downloads. Is this product still active? Because I only found it on the site through a Google search and I can't find it through the store UI. I have a message into support since early Monday but no response still.
I still haven't received any response from support and have tried calling almost every day during the stated new covid hours. Is anyone working there right now?

Thanks guys. I DM'd the Instagram account and thankfully they responded very quickly. They said they emailed support staff about my ticket but still haven't heard anything. I've been an Aneros customer since the beginning. If not, I would be considering contacting my credit card. Because it seems like there's no one there.
