How to go from dry O to super O?

I'm going to try and describe my experience as best possible. Whenever I use my Aneros (helix syn) I get this feeling of an orgasm building up but slightly different. Eventually that feeling gets more intense and more intense until I have strong either mini O or Dry O not sure which best describes it. It feels like a really good pre ejaculation sensation that's powerful and last about a minute and then it subsides no matter what I do. I do this process again. Now this feels really really good and has me making lots of noise and moving around but it never feels complete. I never achieve the "super O". I feel like i'm on the edge. When I keep going in the session however, after about 2 hours give or take, I can't handle anymore and end up ejaculating hands free and then have no desire to continue. Does anyone know how to go from these feelings to a super O? I feel like I can only go from those feelings to actual ejaculation.

Aneros massagers are highly efficient arousal amplifiers that often lead men into prostate based orgasms, these are typically dry-O's if penile stimulation is avoided. Yes, they do feel different from traditional penile based orgasms but they are orgasms none the less. A dry-O may last only as long as a traditional ejaculatory orgasm but when it extends noticeably beyond that traditional length it transforms into what we term a Super-O (see definition). IMHO, far too many new users have missed their own first Super-O's because they were expecting and/or looking for something else, a case of perceptual blindness and preconceived notions obscuring what actually was happening to them. Please read 'Buster's thread What exactly is a Super-O? to get a wider perspective of what a Super-O is in reality. I also encourage you to read Super-O Myths & Illusions regarding 'the Edge' plus a couple of other myths. Also please read 'Neros' thread The Myth of Super Orgasm.

It feels like a really good pre ejaculation sensation that's powerful and last about a minute and then it subsides no matter what I do.

Yup, that sounds like a low intensity Super-O to me.

I do this process again. Now this feels really really good and has me making lots of noise and moving around but it never feels complete.

So now you are having multiple dry-O's, some probably Super-O's as well. This notion of feeling "...complete..." (or actually incomplete as the case maybe) is due to the absence of the ejaculatory reflex kicking in initiating the hormonal cascade leading to the typical male refractory period. This feeling of a suspended pleasurable sensate state is typical of dry-O's & Super-O's. However, if you are looking for or expecting something else then you may experience frustration.

I never achieve the "super O". I feel like i'm on the edge.

Maybe you have (I think you have) missed acknowledging your own successful state. The frustration you are experiencing is a very common phenomenon with new Aneros users, I advise doing some more reading and give yourself more time. The Aneros experience is not a race or competition but a learning journey without an end point. Frustration is the result of expectations not being met, when you start dropping your expectations I suspect your frustrations will abate with them.

When I keep going in the session however, after about 2 hours give or take, I can't handle anymore and end up ejaculating hands free and then have no desire to continue.

While HFWO's are not a very common situation, they have been reported by other members. The fact you have no desire to continue is typical of the onset of the refractory period triggered by your ejaculation.

Does anyone know how to go from these feelings to a super O?

I suspect muscular tension developed during the session is a large contributor to triggering the ejaculatory reflex. In traditional penile masturbatory practice we learn to stimulate our bodies with faster, stronger, ever more intense action to bring on the orgasmic response. This pattern becomes thoroughly ingrained in our psyches as THE path to orgasm but it is actually the path to ejaculation, the orgasm just happens to precede this eventuality. Learning to relax is part of the The Tao of Aneros (see 'darwin's thread relax, relax, RELAX) and an important aspect of the path to Super-O's.

I feel like I can only go from those feelings to actual ejaculation.

Part of your rewiring path is making a paradigm shift in thinking about the entire process leading to orgasm, even to redefining for yourself What's an Orgasm?. The journey to orgasm is a great deal more varied than you probably have heretofore thought about, so allow yourself the freedom to step outside the restrictive "...only..." thought mindset and "Just Let Go !", let your adventure unfold. Good Vibes to You !

Your story sounds familiar.. i eventually decided to rule out ejaculation in my sessions, which has been a good decision. See my post 'trying a new approach'. Might be something for you as well !

I'm never fully sure if I had a Super O or not. If it's suppose to be wholly unique to Aneros usage, then probably not, because I've managed it even without the device and on dildos.

Does your penis/prostate get all tingly? For me those feelings can sometimes trigger p-waves. I try to relax as best I can and focus on the sensations without tensing up. I don't know if you've had p-waves yet, but they are so good that I thought they were super-os before I ended up having an actual super o .I personally consider them to be a type of orgasm.
