How do you stop an Aneroless session? Or keep one from starting? I need some sleep!

I have been doing Aneroless sessions exclusive for a while now. I either hurt myself with my Aneros by overdoing, or I may have woke up some underlying Prostate problems. Regardless, I locked away my Progasm and started going Aneroless only for the past couple of months. I feel less pain afterwords that way. Not reached the Super yet, but have made some nice progress, especially the past couple of weeks. Just by laying down and relaxing and concentrating (No contractions needed.), I can now get some involuntaries going, and am now able to feel P-waves that I can keep up for hours if I want. And last night I had what I believe was a Mini-O. Not overly intense, but very nice for about a minute!

The problem I'm running into, is I'm having trouble getting sleep. For instance, last night I swore I was going to get in bed and go to sleep. Wrong. As soon as I lay down and try to relax and go to sleep, I start getting some involuntaries and P-Waves. I try to ignore them and relax myself to sleep, and you guessed it, it just makes them stronger. After an hour of trying to go to sleep I give in and go with it. Which produced a couple of hours of Amazing P-Waves with a Mini-O as the topper. Knowing that I'm too fired up to go to sleep at that point, I pull out the Fleshlight and finish with a very intense traditional. So that should do the trick, right? Wrong! I lay down to go to sleep, and pretty soon, a few involuntaries and P-Waves! Another hour of fighting the urges before I could go to sleep.

As my sessions get more intense this is becoming more and more of a problem. Using an Aneros, you can take it out when done and go to sleep. Aneroless, I don't know of a way to end the session. I thought a traditional orgasm would take off the edge, but it don't always do that.

How do I keep my body from going into a session every time I lay down and relax to go to sleep? And how in the heck do I get a session stopped once it's going?

Metaphorically speaking: How do you ignore the Elephant in the room, when every time you come in the room he wants to play fetch????

Thanks, I will do a search on grounding. Sidenote: After original post 2 hours ago, I laid down for a 4 1/2 nap to go with my 1 hour of sleep last night. Within minutes, here come the P-Waves and involuntaries. So 2 hours later I just finished with the Fleshlight again, going to try and get some friggin sleep. 🙂

JRS7,

As usual, 'B Mayfield' offers excellent council and here are a couple more ideas.

If the elephant in the room won't let you sleep, move to another room! By that I mean a change of venue may break the pattern of activity you seem to be experiencing, try sleeping on your couch, in an easy chair, outside in a sleeping bag, etc. anything to provide a temporary change of environment, focus and behavior.

You could also temporarily try some over the counter sleep aides to help break up this behavior pattern. In any event this will probably resolve itself on its own when your body just gets too exhausted to play all night and demands its needed rest time.

I once (a few months ago) had a "body wants less" problem when wanting sleep. I cured that by inserting my Maximus and going to sleep with it in. Inserting the Maximus as a dummy (US: pacifier) allowed me to have a full night's sleep.

Now that's funny!!! "Hey babe, I going to bed, have you seen my pacifier?"

Although I don't see how that could work. That would probably get me going even quicker.

Seems it might be worth trying if the worst would be to still be horny or even more so. It might just work though.

This has been happening to me for months. All day long. Over and over. The tingling builds, then the muscles contract. At night, I have found sleeping in a position different than I use for a session helps.

That's a little scary. I certainly wouldn't want to have to struggle to fight off urges every single time I climb into bed.

You guys that have been at this a while, please tell me I haven't made myself a prisoner of this!! As I've went along this journey I've put away my Aneros and just started doing Aneroless sessions, which I can start just by laying down and relaxing. Not realizing that as my Prostate gets more sensitive, it would stand to reason that every time I lay down and relax, things would start to happen. Which is where I'm at the past few days. The only way I can get to sleep now, is to lay down and constantly fight the P-Waves and Involuntary Contractions until I some how drift off to sleep. I'm beginning to worry that would be a permanent situation!!

I work to jobs and depend on sleeping good at night, and being able to lay down in the day for a nap. Have I unwittingly thrust myself into a life of insomnia?

I'm hoping this is similar to erections: Where you're a teenager, they happen all the time. Watch a little porno, erection. At 46 years old I could watch porno all day and not get an erection. I need a little love and touchin' to get goin'! Hopefully what I'm going through is the same sort of thing with my prostate?

Has anybody had to deal with this permanently?????

I am hoping that as others have suggested, this is temporary. I've had a lot of different sensations over the last 8 months and some were intense for a while, then went away.

A few weeks ago, outside of sessions, the tingeling would move from body part to body part. First an elbow, then a foot, then the top of my head. Just about everything had to join the party. That's calmed down now. So far no Super O, but what I think are very intense Mini O's. It's been a pretty entertaining experiance.
