I started my Aneros journey 6 months ago, little by little I progressed, however, I still not so sure am I on the right track. I read through the wiki page and this forum many times about the technique and the various term such as mini-o, dry-o, super-o, claim sea o, and others. I really not sure which I am experiencing…

Throughout my sessions, I hardly get any engorgement of the penis and only little precum emitted. My sessions are much more like this ( http://www.xtube.com/watch.php?v=zqBPK-G763- ) than this one ( http://www.xtube.com/watch.php?v=99VxgxkKdTS )

I wonder which milestoneam I now in the journey?

Thank you for referrals to xtube. The second one is the best I have ever seen of an Aneros video. All I can say about progress is that it can take quite a long time and a lot of patience.
