I'm really small in stature and I'm thinking of getting the Peridise set, but what set is recommended for people with little progress?

Hello Matty,

The manufacturer of the Peridise has a detailed set of instructions for the complete four-model range. Their advice is to commence with the largest of the four (22mm) and to progress from that one down the sizes through the 20mm, 18mm to the smallest model (16mm). They suggest the largest one first to allow the muscles to build over time. By the time you get to using the smallest one, your PC muscles would need to be quite strong.

For what it's worth, I started with the largest model in September last year and still have to give the smallest one a go! In fact I find myself moving back to the next larger model if I haven't used a Peridise for a week. I also find that I can comfortably leave even the largest one in overnight - gives me a wonderful glow when I wake up in the morning! You need to have a good long-lasting lubricant though.

I doubt the size of your stature would make any difference and believe the same routine would apply to all.

Enjoy!

Pommie
