Topic starter

hello,
i see that very much people (including me) have problems with the different contractions.
so could someone help me with it. (i have read the wiki regarding to this topic, but don't understand it)

i know there is a sphincter muscle contraction - or PC contraction;
U can identify it by the same thing you do when you stop peeing.
is it right that you also feel your perineum going down when you put your finger on it and contract

the other contractions are rectal and anal.
i don't understand these 2 contractions.

one of the contraction is identified by the same thing you do to stop a fart, or to stop shit. but i dont know which one
and i don't know how to identify the other one.

could someone please help me, and when you explain please give me the all the names of the contraction so i dont get confused.
like i beleive there are more names for anal contraction?
and if you are from holland, could you please replyin dutch, so it is easyer for me to understand?

THANKS!!

Tarzanhenkie,

Before you read the balance of this post please read this short description about your Rectum and muscles

When the anus opens to allow feces to pass out of the body, your rectal muscles also contract to apply pressure to extrude the stool. This is often referred to as a "bearing down" contraction, part of this happens involuntarily via natural peristaltic contractions, but you also exert conscious control of added force as well. You can learn to take even greater control over those muscles for the purpose of manipulating your Aneros massagers.

Likewise, your external anal sphincter is mostly under your conscious control as well, you learned control of this muscle early on in life when you graduated out of diapers. Now you have the opportunity to fine tune those muscles even further by using them to manipulate your Aneros movements via the contraction/relaxation of this muscle.

Your PC muscle is normally moderately tensed, but when relaxed it allows the sphincter in the urethra to open and the flow of urine to exit the bladder. Incontinence often occurs when this muscle is weakened, damaged or otherwise traumatized. Kegel exercises are often cited as a means of strengthening these muscles. When these muscles are flexed the prostate is also flexed and moves a bit stimulating the neural rete surrounding the prostate. It is this action when combined with an Aneros device pressing against it from the anterior wall of the rectum which creates enhanced prostate stimulation.

The stronger all these muscle groups become, combined with your ability to independently control/maneuver them, will lead to increasingly better, longer and more pleasurable Anerosessions. It is through your creative usage of exercise combinations that you may find the combination which unlocks your Super-O doorway.
Good Vibes to You !

Maybe it will help if I actually give you a mental image of what happens when you have a BM.. body movement. Warning, the graphic word poop and asshole/rectum will be used 🙂

So a common misconception is that everyone think they PUSH the poop out. This is not exactly correct. The movement you do when you go to the toilet is actually that you shorten the muscle when you contract, like your biceps. This actually shortens your anal canal making the poop come out. So by push you actually shorten it.

You have another one that feels like clamping like youre clamping down on the aneros. And lastly your Spinchter (closest musles - two of them to the asshole) that sucks it in 🙂 The outwards motion can also be used by pushing your lower belly out like I do in my shallow breath technique.

Everyone swears they have three, but I`m sure I have been able to isolate four different movements. Maybe because some things.. like stop peeing and spinchter seem to be somewhat interconnected.

Hope this helps..

Now I'm confused, for years I thought BM stood for Bowel Movement not body movement. I have heard of a sphincter but what's a Spincter? I've also heard of muscles but what are musles? Those words ain't in my dictionary, are you trying to confuse us or are you just joking with us? cause you ain't helping.

@imp I dont think you are qualified to make fun of @Alex_xxx 's spelling etc.Alex_xxx has only been with us from March 2013 this year and already has 9 discussion and 67 comments to his name, you have been with us since March 2009 and have only contributed 67 comments in 4 years!
I think he got his message across and it was understood, remember english may not be his first language.

Not looking for a slanging match just saying how it looks!
Peace dude!
