help finding way to super o

I have been using aneros for a while now and have not been able to reach the super o or anything other orgasm other than traditional. I am looking for other ways that may help me in finding my way to these type of orgasms. I have been seeing several ways which may help in aidding one to this point. They would be the slightest tough, the key sound,
the audio hypnosis. I guess I am wondering which would be the best one to start with? It seems to me that most aneros users that started with one of these methods before using the aneros might be having better results If you didn't start with one of these first and are having great success please let me know.
