Hands free TO unavoidable and too intense

Hello all,I've been messing around with aneros off and on for a year or so. A couple of weeks ago I managed to have a super O, my whole body felt warm and it was like a hit of some sort of drug. This lasted for about 10 seconds and I was able to generate another a few moments later. However, immediately after the 2nd one I had a TO. TO's with the Helix in are too intense and cause a LOT of soreness for several days. Are there any tips to discerning between when I'll have an SO and a TO so I can get the helix out? It's worth noting that prior to my first SO I had TO's fairly reliably when using the helix, with no other stimulation, and this caused sorness so I would quit using the helix for some time because I didn't want to damage anything.

Soreness inside, or from the p-tab? If it's inside you need another lube, or more of it. If it's the p-tab there are ways to help with that.

Hey @jazzedup,

you said some interesing things. I personally find the helix has a pretty pointy leading edge and is to aggressive in general. It sometimes made me feel sore as well. For the majority of users, this aggressiveness is what they need and want, for others it's just to much.

Next thing: your (subconscious) brain still seems a bit confused about how to interpret the new form of stimulation and falls back to old routines easily. I can have traditional wet orgasms triggered with a massager or dildo too, but I need add something to make my brain "switch mode", which is to pull the foreskin back and put the frenulum under tension. I guess, with a bit of time training, you will master to switch between these two arousal paths at will.

Now to your question: to discern on which path you are actually ascending, you have to build up more awareness. When you approach orgams on the traditional path, you can feel tension around your prostate and seminal vesicles. It's a compareable the pressure from your bladder, when you have to go to the bathroom. That tension in your seminal vesicles is (more or less) regulated by the autonomic nervous system, that's why you can't relax that tension away so easily. Further, this tension pushes seminal fluid against the valves, that itself is very arousing leads to more tension... and voila... you have the feedback loop of premature ejaculation.

If you are familiar with edging, you might pay attention to the feelings inside you body next time. When you break off an orgasm very near the Point of no return, you can literally feel the seminal fluids moving forth and back inside you. Maybe its subtle at first, but if you abort like 3-4 times in row, this feeling becomes more and more apparent. What you want to do, is to learn recognize this fluid movement and seminal tension in earlier stages of you ascend. If you recognize them although you want to have an Dry-O: stop what you are doing, relax, then relax some more... and then still keep relaxing until there is no more arousal charge in your system. Then start the ascend again and pay attention to any unwanted tension around your prostate - area. If that happens, try to relax until you feel it going away. Big physical excitement is you enemy on this, that's why the importance of relaxation is repeated over and over in the forums. To much excitement leads to tension in your body and that is the traditional "auto-pilot" way...

In fact, you can even masturbate your penis to an dry MMO with this technique but that's for the advanced users.

Cheers, Unfug

Hi,Jazzedup

I am just wondering if you are grinding hard on your Helix. I have never came close to ejaculating unless I touch or if I grind i can sometimes have a milking type orgasm.

Thanks for the feedback. I'm not grinding at all on the Helix, in fact I was barely moving it with my pc muscles. And by barely I mean just the tiniest amount, perhaps just a twitch. I feel like there is enough lube and I only get sore (inside) when I have a TO, which is pretty much every time I use this thing. I'm not touching anything below the waist when I have the TO. This last time, when I had what I believe to be a dry O , it felt nothing like a TO at all, then immediately the TO followed the second dry O. I haven't used it since because I don't want to have a super intense TO and hurt, that can't be good. I thought about switching to the helix syn as it might be a smidgen less intense?
