I wanted to try prostate stimulation, so I bought an aneros.
As someone who is just starting out, I searched the forum, read several experiences reported by various people, and of course, different people experience different results.
But I think I managed to extract 3 principles that seemed common to most people to achieve new levels of prostate pleasure: we should be relaxed, prostate stimulation should be gentle, and the process involves involuntary muscle contractions.
I've already done 3 sessions over 2 weeks.
I will describe them.
Session 1
As soon as I inserted the aneros, I felt pressure on the prostate, a tingling sensation emanating from the prostate that caused a good feeling.
Then, I layed on my back, thinking about relaxing, and I noticed small involuntary contractions happening, causing the aneros to go against the prostate and giving me pleasure. I remained relaxed.
As time went on, I felt my anus increasingly sucking on the aneros, and the involuntary contractions became faster and stronger, giving more pleasure, until a moment that lasted about 2 minutes when the pressure against the prostate was greater and the contractions more intense, resulting in a greater wave of pleasure. At that moment, the muscles in my thighs and abdomen also began to contract slightly involuntarily, and I had erections.
After those 2 minutes, everything became smoother and calmer again.
These cycles happened successively several times over an hour and a half.
On the last cycle, when the strongest contractions occurred, I felt that the prostate was giving pleasure equal to an orgasm. Fluid came out of my flaccid penis. The moment of pleasure continued, which led me to have an erection, a normal orgasm, and to ejaculate.
Although I considered it a normal orgasm, it was more intense than an orgasm from penile stimulation, and the ejaculatory contractions were very strong.
Session 2
The same as session 1.
But when I reached the point where the prostate seemed to be giving pleasure equal to an orgasm, which brought me to the level of arousal that caused an erection, I voluntarily stopped the contractions to prevent having an ejaculatory orgasm like it happened in session 1.
I stayed there for a few moments, in a state where the prostate was sensitive in a good way, but since everything was practically still, it felt like there were waves of pleasure emanated even to my legs.
This allowed me to continue the session. I let things calm down a bit, and returned to involuntary contractions cycles.
After some time, there was a cycle in which the aneros began to exert great pressure against the prostate and the contractions became faster and much more intense. My thighs, buttocks, and abdomen began to contract involuntarily, with great intensity.
By this point, the prostate was being massaged with an intensity like it never happened before. But, similar to session 1, there was a growing pleasure that led to an increased arousal, I had an erection and an ejaculatory orgasm.
Something I learned in this session is that there are muscles that contract in a constant way and are responsible for bringing the aneros closer to the prostate, while other muscles are responsible for the involuntary quick contractions that make the aneros move rapidly.
Session 3
The same as session 2, but from the beginning I tried to make the involuntary contractions a little gentler.
When I reached the cycle with very strong contractions throughout my body, I tried to relax to prevent having an erection, orgasm and ejaculating, so I could continue the session.
After this cycle, I noticed that the prostate was quite sensitive, but in a good way. Like it would be easy to have an orgasm if I let the aneros move freely.
I tried to neutralize these contractions to prevent an ejaculatory orgasm. I also remembered to breathe deeply and slowly, to relax and continue, as I had read in several places.
By doing so, I realized that the movement of breathing and the diaphragm movement also caused the aneros to move, as if it was a much slower and gentle massage. Since the prostate was sensitive, I felt all this in a pleasurable way.
Something interesting is that this type of stimulation through deep breathing did not gave me an erection when the arousal/pleasure was increasing.
In the meantime, I realized that time had flown by and that the session had already lasted more than 2 hours. I decided to stop suppressing the involuntary quick contractions, which caused the aneros to massage the prostate faster, leading me to have an erection, an orgasm, and to ejaculate.
In this session I learned that the act of breathing deeply causes the aneros to move and massage the prostate.
I also learned when you make a slight contraction like you would want to expel the aneros from the anus, that also causes the aneros to touch the prostate, in a slightly different way.
And I identified the same pattern for the 3rd time: although orgasm, erection and ejaculation are different things, I realize that when my prostate is stimulated, there is a level of arousal that leads me to have an erection, a normal orgasm and to ejaculate.
What I will try in the next and fourth session: I will divide the session into two parts.
In the first part, the goal is to stimulate the prostate and make it sensitive in a good way, just as it happened in session 3.
Next, I will explore getting the aneros close to my prostate and using deep breath cycles to stimulate it, instead of the rapid involuntary contractions because they have always ended up giving me an erection and an ejaculatory orgasm that ends the session.
I will also explore getting the aneros close to the prostate but using the expel contraction method, which also seemed really pleasurable.
Does this makes any sense? Any suggestions?
