As I lay here with the sphincters having taken hold of Eupho, dancing to and fro against my prostate, waves of pleasure unbounded, I continue to be flummoxed by a report of someone 11 years trying, with no success. Is there any chance my daily Flomax pill is relaxing more than the smooth muscles of prostrate and bladder? Might it have also made me less of a tight-ass?

It sounds infrequent, but there are reports of Flomax having gone so far as to cause anal incontinence. I've had no evidence of that, but if a side effect is an effective Aneros enabler, I'll consider my annoying BPH more favorably!

My family doctor is a big fan of Flomax for older guys. For guys who have active partner sex, she will only put them on it short term - 2 weeks. For guys who seldom have partner sex like myself, she encourages long term use. She acknowledges that it alters orgasm [harder to reach] and ejaculation [harder to achieve and less volume], but if a man will let himself get used to the difference, he might like it for solo sex. In my experience, using an aneros with Flomax works well - it takes the "lemons" Flomax hands you and allows you to make great lemonaide.
