I have been reading the posts concerning Zaneblue's Orgasmic Diet and would really like to try it. But I notice in one of her posts she cautions against use of fish oil if you are on coumadin (which I am). Can someone tell me what the issue is and whether there is a substitute for the fish oil or perhaps a lower dose that is safe but still effective.

I'd be tickled if someone else in my situation could tell what they have done in regard to this.

Fish oil has anti-coagulant properties. If you add this to the anti-coagulant properties of coumadin you might have a serious bleed.

Don't take fish oil and Coumadin at the same time. It's dangerous.
