Well I recieved my Aneros MGX today in the mail. Was excited to give it a first try. After sometime of preperation in the restroom it was time to start, once I had followed the direction somewhat on key I inserted the Aneros and begin the relaxation process, I only had about 15 or so min. to fool around with it, but within that time and then manually getting off once I had ran out of time, my orgasm felt alot more intense, and prolonged, not to mention the extra ejaculate that came along with it. I'm now even more eager to try an actual full session of 40 - 60 min. next time I try it out. Thanks to the Aneros team for designing the Aneros! If the results continue to grow, I might look into the larger version for more pressure!

Well I've tryed the Aneros MGX for the second time, did not, yet again have the time for no more than 25 min. I had slightly more success this time, after reading several threads on here I decided to experiment around some. For myself, I seemed to get a very unexpected resault from standing with the Aneros already in place, the motion of my thighs moving it around seemed to hit my prostate right on spot, which is something I found quite interesting. Another form I tryed was laying on my stomach, legs and toes straight back slightly tensed up seemed to produce more interesting results for myself, actually helped myself become more aroused without direct contact to my penis. Possibly that is just because of my penis being layed down between my own body and the bed with pressure along it or not, but I do recommend to give it a try.

Try kneeling next to your bed with your head and shoulders resting on the bed. (hat-tip b. mayfield.)

Thanks Hula, once I got my Aneros in and relaxed for a few minutes I got up and went into that position, almost immediatly I felt the best results I have had at that time, now I'm experimenting with postions of that form to find a more comfortable way of doing that without cramping after 20 or so minutes.
