So decided to have a real session after not having one for 3+ months. Mostly due to having a break from THC. During those 3 months I have worked very hard on meditation and an active mind.

I went from being able to meditate 5 minutes max... with progress up to 45 minutes (non thc... with thc it goes up around 1.5x)

Anyway had a session today with THC of course..  was able to have so much more patience and not chase the super O. Was able to just wait and relax for it to come. Feel all the tiny sensations without trying to rush it or force it.

Meditation also teaches you to let thoughts come and go and accept them so you don't get frustrated.

Also helps with breathing and not holding your breathe... especially when the stomach contractions start.

Anyone struggling on getting frustrated or annoyed and wanting to get deeper. Try working on your meditation.

I personally have a very very active mind so I like to use 8d music meditation so my mind can follow around the music inside my head.

Thanks for sharing the great ideas. You are right that meditation can really help. The key is to keep breathing when the pleaure hits. This is where I struggle still.

Great call out @jiji2000! I took an extended break for a period of time too and it really helped me get over a plateau that I was experiencing.  Most of the information I read over time leaned toward the opposite…..continue training your body to hone the skills necessary to reach the SO. Kind of the use it or lose it mentality. I’d been on the journey for a few years with two weekly sessions on average and while I had achieved multiple dry o’s and great pleasure during them, I felt there was more just out of reach but I couldn’t get there no matter what.  I took a 6 month break and tossed my massager in a drawer thinking maybe this isn’t worth the time investment.    I was busy with a new job, home chores, family obligations and so on.  As I was digging around in the dresser one day looking for something I stumbled on my ole friend! The sight of the massager sent an all too familiar tingling sensation in my sweet spot. Needless to say, I eagerly planned my evening activities that day in anticipation of what was to come (pun intended!😉)    The session that night was mind blowing and I never looked back.  I had found it…the SO!  In hindsight, I think I had so much going on at the time that I tried to force the experience and simply wasn’t fully in the right headspace.  We all know how much the mental aspect is key to delivering the heightened physical awareness required to experience the full potential of a prostate orgasm.   I learned to meditate during my aneros abstinence and practiced relaxing with the same level of dedication as I was giving the mechanics of manipulating the massager during my sessions.  I felt like that was harder to learn than positions, contractions etc.   I had learned how to clear my mind of all the white noise of everyday life that can impede us professionally, personally and physically.    @Ghusa, I still catch myself unintentionally holding my breath when I am at the pinnacle of pleasure, especially when the involuntarily movements really kick into high gear. I guess this thing just sometimes takes your breath away…literally! 😂
