Thanks for the great info on the NobEssence toys, that's exactly what i wanted to know ! At around 160$ (Canadian Pesos), I'll have to think about it but the Romp really looks like it would hit the spot.

That's some beautiful work on the plugs, and you're spot on about the strange central ridge on the Small, I don't know why they made it that way... As a member of the No Ass Club I just accepted that the NJoy Plugs couldn't be used while sitting because of that huge handle, but now it's clear that there is a way. I only own the small and don't use it very often so I miiiiight think about copying your idea, could be a good winter project. Always great to see people thinking outside the box.

There are sites where you can buy NobEssence toys for about $50 cheaper. ...I did A LOT of research lol.

About your Njoy...just do it! I could have bought and modified an Njoy, years ago, but the cost and potential risk of failure held me back. Trust me, this is something you want to do right now. It's that good. When I finally filed the ends down to the shape you see in the pictures, that plug gained almost magical properties. It floats like there is no handle, even when sitting on my flat ass. It literally disappears like there is no handle. Rounding off the edge on the bulb end makes a huge difference too.

I have tools and steady hands, I think I'll do it just for fun, not like the plug will be losing any resale value hehe. I just need to make a plan, for example if I decide to remove the edge, that's a lot more finishing work, but if I do it first, I can chuck the "waste" part of the handle in a vice and its going to be super stable for filing and I won't need padded jaws... do you think it's the best way to approach it ?

@zentai Yes, I clamped the 'waste' part of the handle in a vice when I cut mine. Cut it almost all the way through and then do the other side. No need for padded jaws. You'll buff out any scratches later. Use a Dremel with a cut-off wheel to get the mark started so your hacksaw won't 'walk'.

The stainless steel these plugs are made of is surprisingly soft. Filing takes the most time. Shining it back up hardly takes any work. A little bit of the 150 grit sand paper to get the file marks out, then the green ScotchBrite pad to get the sand paper marks out. After that it buffs to a mirror shine in under 10 minutes.

@zentai Also, you don't need a vice for anything except cutting the handle off. Do everything else free-hand. You need to rotate the plug with every stroke in order to make it round. ...I should make a video lol

Aaaand it's mostly done ! Can't take any pictures right now because off... reasons. I left the bottom part a little rough because I intend to rework it, I should have removed a little more material right at the start but it's no big deal.

I marked my cuts with a triangular file and it went well. Also wrapped everything in tape so I didn't have any scratches to deal with.

You're right, everything can be done freehand. As you remarked the material is quite soft, I went 150-220-dishwashing pad then Mother's on a blue synthetic shop towel and got to mirror finish in minutes.

Really not that scary, thanks for all the tips !

...Okay, I think I can say it definitively now. ...The modified Pure Plug is wearable Viagra. I got very drunk yesterday, and I woke up with a really bad hangover. But that's not what woke me up. I was woken up by that plug, the constant contractions, and my pulsing hardon. I tried to ignore it for a while, but after about half an hour I gave in and masturbated. I left the plug in, of course, because I wear it like normal people wear underwear. ...After I came, my erection hardly went away. I'm not "hard" hard. I'm less than half-mast most of the time, but it feels like my dick is being slowly stroked, all the time, even after I just came. ...It's really nice. This is what I always wanted. I love this plug so much! ...So much!

That's great ! I'll have to wait and see if I get to that level, now that I can wear that thing during normal activities. Here's what it looks like, still a little too much tail but I like the aesthetics. Thanks again for the inspiration!

@zentai Yeah, it looks like you have quite a bit too much handle left. It doesn't look like it would glide while sitting like mine does. A bench grinder would fix that pretty quick though. I cut mine on the top side, at an angle, so the handle is just under 1-1/2" long.

It's working a lot better than it was before, that's for sure ! I wanted to keep as much handle length as possible, thinking I would get less side-to-side movement. I think the next step is removing both "horns" and blending everything, but I'll try it like that for a couple of days just to see. The way it is right now I can sit on pillow and grind away in comfort... couldn't do that before so I want to know where this can go...
