Can you still get a prostate orgasm with an enlarged prostate? I’m 65.

I would think it would be even easier but then I'm only 34 so I don't know. As the Aneros was first (and still is) marketed as a medical device designed to treat BPH you could think of it as being good for your health first, and just happens to have some wonderful side effects along the way!

I have an enlarged prostate and for me, yes, you can. I've been taking an herb called Pygeum Africans to help with the condition. I don't know if an enlarged prostate ads complications to this, but I sometimes wonder if I get more sore from this activity than someone who does not have enlargement.
