Had a rather unexciting session, instead of trying to emphasize arousal first I emphasized concentration on the pelvic region for those harder to find pleasures. Ended the session at about the hour mark, maybe slightly earlier.

However, I found that I started getting some of the pleasurable sensations when I sat down to eat. I decided to concentrate on the feelings while they were there, and while they weren't anything wild it is a bit encouraging to feel them. 

Anyone else seem to have more sensation after the Aneros session ends some of the time?
