I was using the syn v trident with full vibration and was using my hand to move it around and I came, question is this: is the fluid the same as a during a normal ejaculation or is it different?

IMHO, if you experienced spontaneous ejaculatory contractions then the semen produced is most likely the same as if you had produced a penile induced ejaculation. However, if your manipulation of the massager did not induce the typical strong muscle contractions (usually associated with ejaculatory orgasms) then you may have actually performed a Prostate Milking .... If this is the case then the semen content may have been slightly different with a higher percentage of prostate fluid in comparison to seminal fluid that you would expect from a traditional penile induced ejaculation. Your body doesn't produce different fluids due to the orgasmic event but rather different orgasmic events may change the relative percentages the different organs contribute to the fluid output.

Good Vibes to You!
