Hi all,

I can be a heavy coffee or tea drinker.
I've noticed that if I abstain from drinking coffee for many days, it becomes easier to get great sessions.
Drinking tea (black tea, green tea, etc, doesn't matter) doesn't seem to have this negative effect.

Has anyone have similar experience?

Thanks

I find that caffeine does have an effect on me from the perspective of altering my sessions. Caffeine is supposed to irritate the smooth muscles in the vicinity of the prostate - one of the reasons why doctors often recommend cutting it out or cutting it down if you have BPH. I find caffeine intensifies my sessions.

Short answer: Yes, Tea is a nice transition even though coffee seems to make my nips more attractive to my finger tips and can give me pause to consider a session. So I can say that Coffee might foster a more passionate session while Tea supports increased tenderness in my approach.

Aside for an occasional bit of alcohol or THC tincture, I'm a three-beverage guy. (Coffee, Tea and a hydrating water 'spiked' with some electrolytes). Thirty years of Navy life made coffee my staple of fuel for business and daily life but never hydration. When I extract myself from the structured world of Programs, Projects and Products, a cup of Tea is a welcome delight that breaks my pace and opens my soul so that I can enjoy parity in sharing. That sharing can be "me-to-me" (perhaps a session) or "others-with-me" (round of senior's golf or bowling) or a good sharing situation with a TED-cast or new book.
