I'm suspecting this isn't the super-o, but perhaps a dry O? In my session I'll get to a point where I start getting involuntary contractions in my pelvis region, my penis fully erect and twitching and I can feel my prostate pulsating hard against the Helix. This generally lasts a minute or so. But the thing is, when this happens there isn't really any intense feelings associated with them.. they just happen.. but leading up to it, I can feel deep tingling sensation that gets stronger and stronger and then it hits that point.
