Hey there, I am on the verge of getting one (which is yet to be determined). My main question is, do they stay put? I have been researching many different anal toys-these top the list-.SOOOO, if they stay put, then it is good, if some have issue with it not staying than no.

Thanks and have a great day!!

Hello, and welcome to the forums! I think you'll be pleased with whatever you decide to purchase.

I have a Helix and a Progasm. The Helix stays in place with no problem. I do have some trouble keeping the Progasm in place. But everyone's anatomy is different, and there are several models to choose from, so if one doesn't work for you for some reason, you can try a different one.

Good luck!

Hello slomuzic, 🙂

I own the Progasm, Helix, MGX, and Peridise. And they all stay in place. I imagine that is part of their design. The only time there is an issue is if I have a super-T, which is a standard ejaculatory orgasm from stroking my penis while the Aneros is inserted. During the orgasm, anal contractions occur that sometimes force the Aneros out if you don't consciously relax during this event. But this is not generally the intended use of the Aneros devices. So I wouldn't worry to much about it.

.... do they stay put? ...

Welcome slomuzic ..... Short answer, yeah! Your gotta work hard and get real sweaty to 'eject.' The forum has a thread to enter 'competitive ejection records.' Love_is manages that thread and we hope he'll pony-up for a trophy sometime in 2019. 🙄

My wife and I started p-spot stim as foreplay action and suffered severe 'fallout' with several popular anal vibes. My #1 criteria for tool purchase became, "will it stay in?" Local retailer recommended the Helix and it's stayed in during all 'nominal' use.

Once you're experienced with these tools you should get excellent cues as you approach ejection.

I still need extra time to relax and 'mate' with the Progasm. Without this 'mating' I sometimes have the Progasm 'sneak' out to the mid-ridge. However, many guys in this forum just insert Progasm and drop right into their session. Consider Progasm as a 'second' or 'third' addition to your toybox. (The ice is nice.)

Best deal: Start with the MGX (nice ribbed stem 😀 ). If you buy it from the Aneros store, it carries a satisfaction guarantee. http://www.aneros.com/guarantee.php If you're not happy, return it and purchase a Helix – only lost money would be the 5 or 6 bucks for shipping.

Small note on the competition: I recently bought a tool made by a European competitor (all the ribs looked cool). Slips out with the least aggressive of maneuvers.

Welcome and enjoy!

Hi slomuzic,

Welcome to the Forum,

If you are expecting the Aneros to stay securely nestled in your butt like a traditional 'butt plug' then you will be disappointed in this product. Mobility is a key attribute to maximizing the Aneros capability, as such it will have a tendency to expulsion until you have developed some minimal levels of muscular control through practice. The very practice of Aneros use tends to induce peristaltic action in the rectum and colon which naturally tends to push material “out”. During orgasm, the anal sphincter muscles go into involuntary spasmodic contractions which can be quite forceful and can eject these marvelous little devices but you can quickly learn to apply subtle techniques to counteract this natural outward push and thus keep you Aneros seated in place.

P.S. I sent you a PM with some introductory hints and tips to get you started.
