What model do you use? I thought I might use this as an excuse to get the Eupho T-Syn, since I think maybe the slimmer profile would make it useful for a wider variety of positions, including walking upright. 

I've been doing it lately with the PS New (which apparently is a hot topic lately, when did I miss that?), and flexing my lower abs on every alternate step, and flexing the PC set on every step in between. Haven't gotten anywhere yet, but at least I'm getting a workout.

I mowed the lawn on my tractor and drove to a recycling depot while having my Classic Helix Syn inserted.   Of course, I had to shift my weight on one ass cheek to the other to accommodate the k tab.  This was about two years ago; I need to do it again one of these days.
