Okay, inserting a helix trident is fairly simple. Apply generous amounts of lube to massage and anus, then gently insert and left it get drawn in the remaining part.

 

Usually, push it lightly like a movement and pull at the same time. Is this the best way to remove it after a session or is it just simple pulling it out gentle.

@simplepenguin Sounds better than the method I was using of relying more of pushing it out - ouchy! It was a good way to aggravate hemorrhoids.
