Hi all. So last year after a whitewater incident I damaged my coccyx and it just so happens that kegals exacerbate or are not recommended if you have damage to this area. 

I had a session the other day and whilst performing kegels my coccyx just began tightening up and it was hard to focus on pleasure when I began getting pain

Has anyone had this issue and found a way around it to still be able to experience enjoyable aneros sessions?

I think you'd better ask your doctor, not us.  But it seems like you need to hang it up til you're better!

@faith-manages I agree completely.  I have no experience with this injury but I'd not risk further injury... I know it may be a delicate subject to raise with your doctor but I'd resist that concern, a good physician will be interested in your health physically and sexually.
