Damage to my prostate?

Hi, I started massaging with aneros and then with an anal wand and after 3 weeks I was having super-Os with or without tools/toys. And then it suddenly stopped. I was a pretty rough player I would say, with hours long sessions twice a day sometimes, getting more and more pleasure with greater pressure with the wand. I thought of the pain/pleasure phenomenon as just like getting a muscle massage: it's utterly pleasureable but you have to go through the pain of pressing on tense muscles. Suddenly, after days of super-Os, I became insensitive, can barely get a response at all and can only get an erection with difficulty. My ability to get a response is not totally dead because I've had very very small orgasms (without toys) in the last week. But toys no longer give me anywhere near the pleasure I was having and having an orgasm is rare and nothing like it was before. What's going on? Is prostate damage permanent? There was soreness many times and some lubes burned a bit and others didn't, but I never had any kind of pain that I would associate with injuring or damaging something. Anyone able to advise me on this? I'm going to my urologist next week and maybe see a proctologist.

Absolutely normal. Happened to me using aneros.

This happened due to the high frequency of sessions. I did 1 session a day or 1 day yes and another no and it generated overload and got to the point of not feeling anything. Currently I only do 2 or 3 sessions a week. That's enough time for my body to recover from the last few orgasms and prepare for the next ones.

What is your frequency of use with aneros and NJoy?

(I had answered this in another post 😅)

Do you think you applied too much force or just did too many sessions? Are you feeling pain? I think a time without stimuli is interesting. Resume your sessions but regularly 2 or 3 times a week and observe. Until then, stop the sessions. If you feel the need, see a doctor.
