Hi,

i think that some day ago i reach my first super-o or i hope that this is... but a t the end i feel like i need to cum to empty and reach a more satisfactory orgasm.

I read that it's better don't cum after a session because it help rewire.

It's true or not?

I tried to resist, but i remain very horny for several days...

@TheNovice In my early days of Aneros, following a good session, I almost invariably had to ejaculate. I was so horny, there was no other option. In time, things settled-down. Now, since I also practice semen retention and chastity, I am more on an ejaculation "schedule". But still horny! Only you know your body best and how it behaves. If you can last without developing "blue balls" (like I do after about 10 days), then go for it! And keep posting on your progress! Good luck!

@TheNovice Don't punish yourself! If you know what you want to do, do it! You can balance your Aneros sessions with other sexual activity. In time, you can lengthen the durations between ejaculations.

But with time my erection will be more hard? I see that after a session, it's more easy reach a full erection (sometime a suffer of erection problem due to a prostatic inflammation that some years ago punish my prostate and i have treated with anthibiotics)

@TheNovice Of course, I'm not qualified to give an answer here. But I will say that my erections (especially night-time) have not suffered at all! They come like clockwork!

@TheNovice I had a Pro Jr but didn't use it too much. I found that it kept slipping out! Perhaps your experience will be better. But, yes, it is bigger and more stimulating.

Opinions vary on this, but one thing there is a general consensus of agreement about is the need to have a high state of arousal (see Are you "aroused"?) in order to reach Super-O's. Having ejaculatory orgasms prior to an Anerosession is likely to dilute your arousal level and thus negatively impact your rewiring process toward Super-O's. However, having an ejaculatory orgasm after a Super-O Anerosession is probably less an impact on ones' rewiring as the arousal process which led to the Super-O was not diluted.

Furthermore, there are many who believe, (myself included), the rewiring process is more rapidly accomplished by a complete separation in time of Anerosessions and other masturbation practices which induce ejaculatory orgasms. This separation helps to firmly establish and through repeated practice reinforce the alternative neural pathway to prostate based orgasms. Please read @Cockadoodle ’s thread Penis, NOT and @rook 's thread Whole Body/Whole Mind - the mental side & "zoneros" for a little insight. It might also help you to read @neros 's post The truth behind how to "rewire". I recommend you wait a minimum of 24 hours after an Anerosession before inducing an ejaculatory orgasm so that the arousal level in your body can continue to energize you and reinforce the neural pathways you wish to maintain.

@TheNovice Don't punish yourself! If you know what you want to do, do it! You can balance your Aneros sessions with other sexual activity. In time, you can lengthen the durations between ejaculations.

I agree with @goldenboy, it is your body and your decision about how you wish to pleasure and program yourself. There are no strict rules for how you wish to use your Aneros device. Certainly there is little point in denying yourself relief from any painful physical condition but on the other hand... There are some lessons to be learned and self discipline to be achieved from experiencing the temporary discomfort which a short period of abstinence can teach (please see Aneros, Arousal & Abstinence & 21 day challenge post).

... i think that i need something more big a more stimulating to achieve more pleasure

While different Aneros massagers do deliver different sensual experiences, please do not fall into the trap of thinking 'bigger is better' because it is not necessarily so. Bigger may actually be less effective and less pleasurable, just read some testimonials from users of the Peridise, Tempo, MGX/SGX & Eupho Aneros models, all of which are smaller than a Progasm Jr.
Good Vibes to You !

It's hard to say. For one thing, people are very different... and another aspect is that we can't rewind, go back in time and try the opposite of what we did. For example, I've always masturbated after a session, because I dislike the lingering feeling of still being horny. But I can't say for sure whether it's been detrimental, because I can't re-live the same period of time not masturbating afterwards. As a result, I don't think any of us can have a definitive answer to that. But by all means, experiment and see if it makes a positive or negative difference for you.

The other week, I was having a very early morning session of twiddling my nipples with hand cream, and jacking off while rhythmically contracting my Eupho. I orgasmed, and I just laid there for a little while, when all of a sudden, I had a small, short HFO, where the Eupho auto-thrusted for several seconds. It was a very pleasant surprise.

I usually ended every session with a super-T for the first year or so, then gradually backed off to every few sessions, to once a week, every 2 weeks, etc. Now after 2 years I have been ending in a super-T every few weeks. I make it an event now, not just something that I do out of habit. I do believe it has helped me progress faster, and increases arousal too.

When I was a newbie it took me a while to figure out what the hell my body was doing and how to control it all. Patience an new ways to breathe thru helped me out a lot. Me letting the waves just wash away help the next wave of passion be even bigger. It's up to you but not cumming as you embark on this journey fully will have great benefits.

I tend to avoid doing so because the refectory period can sometimes feel like a total downer.
If trying to resist is feeling like too much of a strain, by all means. I think the more/longer you abstain from ejaculation, the easier it is to end a really good session without cumming.
