I've steadily lost interest in aneros the last 4 to 5 months to the point where withimg that time I have had like 4 sessions. It's not that I don't want to keep at it but due to past situations I was extremely overwhelmed in life and just didn't have the time, energy, or want to pursue my journey. And now I cant help but feel like I have lost my 'rewiring.' I'd love to have the passion I used to and will be be trying my best now to go back at it, but I just miss my old obsession with it. It's hard to do something when you don't have the drive to do it, you know?

Anyone else have similar stories? If so please share what it was like for you.

@Tatornator I took a long break from Aneros (perhaps 8-9 months) and lost all my Aless sensations as well. I then "re-discovered" my prostate recently and began using smaller prostate "toys". I have never felt better! Take your time; there is no rush! After all, it's "like riding a bicycle!" --- you'll never forget how! Good luck to you!

how is your diet? make sure you include fruits and vegetables, skip out on the alcohol, drink plenty of water, EXCERCISE. also you can try taking a 'horny goat weed' supplement if you feel lethargic about your sessions.

for me the biggest boon to aneros sessions wasnt practice, it was my health.
