Dont do kegels during a session. Train kegels outside sessions. You squeeze and relax,this is a mistake. Yes you want to flex,but you shouldn’t let them relax all the way to zero. Practice holding tension in your pelvic floor. Lift it a little,it’s ok to feel the sphincter and pc tighten. Visualise gently sucking air down your urethra and up through your anus. Hold this tension and flex from this point,on any relax,don’t drop below the tension point. Play around with the tension and flex strengths,but don’t squint and furrow your brow in concentration. You don’t need to flex super hard,no need to give yourself a hernia. Keep your mind free to concentrate on arousal such as erotic fantasy,or whatever it is you do. Play with nipples and any other erogenous zones,but don’t overdo it.

I realize that my phrasing might have been misleading, mindgasm and the do nothing are two different things. Mindgasm is more on the active side and has exercises and techniques that are muscle related. The do nothing is just something many people have recommended to me and like you said it has been a dead end for me. I dont feel anything if I dont do anything, and I will fall asleep.

I have tried the fantasizing thing and it did not work for me so far so I am now trying just focusing on the sensations and movements and seeing if that works better. When I asked about fantasizing from the mindgasm people they said its not necessary, that the pleasurable sensations dont require fantasizing, only doing the movements and practicing and honing attention to whatever feelings arise. All the techniques you've tried so far are going to be useless unless you are adequately aroused. Arousal is really crucial to achieving success with Aneros massagers. You should think about picking one method and sstay with it for awhile. Get at least 10- 15 sessions in of 1 method then transition to another. Unlike others I use my sessions to generate arousal. Mindgasm program does not say you need to be aroused for it to work or that you need to fantasize to create arousal. The exercises should create pleasure which is itself arousing.
Its not that arousal has been a problem since I have been a teenager. I just never have gotten "horny" like others have. I still would masturbate all the time, so its not like I have no sex drive, its just that the arousal is very much tied to the act of penis pleasure. Without penile pleasure the arousal does not last. Yes I read them, some of them I had read before. I would say arousal is being horny also. I dont get horny outside of actually stimulating my dick. If I dont have that stimulation I am not really horny, or the horniness is not something I can sustain. So it is linked to pleasure, if I can supply pleasure, then the arousal is self sustaining. So I would say pleasure and arousal are almost the same thing to me.

-Could be better. I only notice it at the end of longer sessions where I take the device out and the lube has pretty much completely dried up. But its not like I notice any difference in the feelings either way, near the end where it is dried or near the beginning when there is still lube.
* Remember guarantee the best lubrication , micro spasms inside the anal canal and in the prostate or involuntary contractions depend on the aneros being free
3. Does your lubricant not cause reactions?
-Not that I am aware of.
* I've used lubrication that gives (slight burning) and that takes all the focus away from the subtle sensations. If your lubricant is comfortable for you then continue to use it.
4. Is the lubricant too thick or watery or ideal?
-I dont know honestly what would make it too thick or too watery or ideal.
* The lubricant needs to be comfortable for you. There are thick water-based lubricants that can impede mobility as it will dry out faster. That is, even if there are micro contractions, they may not be noticed because the lubricant is too thick and "absorbs" the movement. I have one this (thick) and my technique is to mix filtered water to dilute it a bit, or inject some filtered water into the anus before the session and apply the lube (thick) to the aneros.

* I also did every day . Personally I would say to alternate the days between one session and another. This will allow time to build up excitement and "recover" from the last session. With experience you will have to discover the middle ground between excess and absence.
