I consider myself fully rewired, anything i put up my butt gets a reaction of nice feelings, but as you all know these feelings never go beyond 5-6 minutes. I wonder if part of my issue (the other being that i think i need to utilise minor holding contractions) is down to not haveing a strong core?

I eat rubbish, find myself rarely aroused (thanks i think to a no meat diet), i do zero excercise etc etc

EDIT: but it doesnt explain how i can have mind-blowing, life-alteringly intense (and 100% god-damn random and uncontrollable) aneros less sessions.

There is just TOO much effort for some of us to get around these weird roadblocks that are painfully missing form others, I have never felt so alone, even in spite of the support of those on this forum.

Maybe. Cornell University just did a study and found those who live on vegetarian diets are at greater risk of heart attack and colon cancer. Has to do with alterations in omega 6 formation and pro inflammation fat arachadonic acid elevations found in that dietary group

Thats not good. I do alot of juicing. Drinking two a day makes me feel great. Though you do need to get your fats and protein added in.

its not what im asking. Forgot diet and all that. If youre in poor physical health is this possible to effect prostate response, or at least testosterone levels/arousal?

And before anyone states it, yes i am going to get healthy, eat well and excercise.

Perhaps some exercise, meditation, healthy food would help clear you mind, bring you some peace. These are mental journeys we take. A mind at peace might make a huuuuuuuge difference.

Edit: Sorry I don't type fast enough.

Health affects vascular and nervous system so I would say yes as well. Testosterone spikes 145% after no ejaculating for 7 days in more studies and ebbs down to normal afterward but unsure how long that takes.
