Can't send private messages

yes I am very very very upset that all my messages are gone too!!!! I really liked going back and reading my old emails, and keeping up with my friends here on the forum is extremely important to me. Please Admin bring back all our messages!!!

I discovered that if you have allowed forwarding a copy of private messages to your regular email address in settings, you will get any private message sent from the aneros inbox in your regular email inbox. It is in html but readable. It doesn't show up in the aneros inbox or the sent folders. The only way around this problem for me is to share my regular email address with my friends and communicate through email until the aneros team resolves this problem.

To set up automatic forwarding to your regular email address, go to your username icon at the top of the page, select "user settings", then "notifications". The last option in notificationsis to forward private messagesto the email address in your profile. Check that box.

The aneros private messaging seems to be working now. New messages appear in the inbox but unfortunately the old messages are gone.
