Yesterday I have a session as usual, just trying to learning about my body, after 15-20 minute I can feel my both hands starting tingling/ buzzing, and I can feel slight warm sensation at my stomach and pelvis area. Is that normal?

It is pretty normal, and a good sign you're on the right track!

IMHO, these are both normal. You can actually feel tingling all over your body as well as a warm sensation all over.

Thx, I had it last night, my entire body was tingling, and numbing, even my head
