Sure you can have the session. But you may not get much, or any pleasurable sensation out of it. After ejaculation, you experience a refractory period which in the traditional sense keeps you from having another erection and be able to ejaculate again for a while. But in my experience it also keeps me from experiencing any pleasurable sensations both penile and Aneros wise. That's my two cents. 😀

People should be horny enough emotionally and physically and edge masturbate but don't ejaculate. Then use the Aneros and don't touch anything on your body during your sessions especially not the groin area.
