Hello everyone!
So lately I have made a few observations that I am trying to get some feedback on. The first thing is, that I am able to massage my prostate to the point where it feels really good. After awhile, I start to tense my body ALOT! This is confusing to me, because I wouldn't really call it involuntary. Its like I need to do it to release some sort of build up, but it can be controlled if I really want to. But i don't want to! It in someway distracts me from the prostate play because it makes me super tired. After this happens once, my body is fatigued. I also find the need to let out a groan if I want,but again I can control it if I want to. I feel that i'm mentally blocking myself saying that i'm making this happen but i am not sure.
I also am having a weird experience, where I have a sort of "charlie horse" feeling in the part of my groin where my legs attach to my waist. It starts like that but then turns into a really good feeling.

Also, the second thins is that I find it easier to get to this point with a dildo than a massager. So maybe some people respond to stimulation differently than others.

@secretuser One suggestion I can think of is just go with your (Aneros) prostate massager. Have you ever just experienced a "do-nothing" session? Just completely relax for, say 10 or 15 minutes and see what develops. You may find the need to perform "involuntary" contractions based on how you feel. If you keep it going further, you may find that contractions will become stronger and you may feel the need to moan or verbalize what you are feeling. Just let go and let your body take you for a ride! Good luck!

Happens to me too. I've done the 'do nothing' but eventually if I want to get anywhere further I feel like my body tells me to tense up and then I end up shooting everywhere. Think I just need to REALLY do nothing, and tone the excitement down a little.

What i do when I start experience this tensing reflex, is take a slow deep breath from the bottom of my stomach relaxing all my muscles. Its like hitting the reset button and then you start again in a relaxed state with subtle contractions. Its similar to traditional edging techniques where you let go and reset when you feel yourself getting close and tensing up. You repeat this until your body just naturally pushes you over the edge.
