Other than those hypnotic traces, are there any paticular music, or beats you guys listen too?

I downloaded a tantric sex music one, but it was too musical, i just need a dry beat that my body can listen and emulate.

Any specific ones you guys use?

An old standby around here is the Brainsynch Ecstasy CD by Kelly Howell. Check it out.

Acakactinum,

It is difficult to recommend any particular music piece not knowing where your musical preferences lean. I would recommend that you compile your own musical session piece from tunes you already like (or parts thereof). I am currently working on an audio project myself, with Aneros use in mind, that is approximately a 2 hrs. 30 min. long mp3 file. There are a couple of shareware products that can enable you to make your own custom session files. For capturing a file from a CD you can use ‘Winamp’ Media Player (available at http://www.winamp.com/ ). For assembling files together you can use ‘Audacity’ Audio Editor and Recorder (available at http://audacity.sourceforge.net/ ). You will also need to download a separate plug-in to create “mp3” files (see the Audacity instructions).

There is a plethora of music available through the internet as well. Since you know what type of music works best for you, just gather it all together, record it into a mp3 file and play through a portable player while your Aneros session unfolds.

Note : CD’s have a time limitation of 70-80 min. regardless of the format, to create the longer single session you will need to employ an mp3 player (my 2.5 hour session is a 145 MB size file).

Have Fun becoming your own DJ,

I'm happy with my Brainsync tape, but if you want actual music I think something with a good steady baseline and up tempo beat might be conductive, you might have luck looking into something techno/trance/dance related. Perhaps Daft Punk?

I've used this CD as well and it's terrific! It puts me way out in the zone.

Can't recommend any albums by 'Ashera' highly enough. Try 'Colour Glow'. very gentle relaxing ambient music. www.ashera.com

Hi acakactinum!

I also use Ecstasy, usually re-mixed with some sexy underlying subliminal stuff and whatever else I can find to mix-in . . .

Later, Hlaser

Oh! I also use lots of Blues!
