Anyone been real deep into a session and had their hands like...sieze up?
Like My hands ..twice in a row now have gone into a stroke position and there will be so much tension on the hands and wrist that it feels like I could break them. I have to wait for like 5 minutes to unlock them once it happens. Clues guys?

I've had those feelings in both my hands and feet. Try relaxing when you begin to detect that tension, and don't panic.

Cheers!

I've had somewhat similar things in wrists and in legs, etc along with attempted bad muscle cramps. Basically since they are under stress, and often kept in one position for a long time, and possibly under pressure if you are on them (bent) such as all 4's position it is tough on them.

Just remember to move and stretch / straighten all body parts out occasionally. Don't over do it in 1 position. You might make sure you take good supplements too. I'd recommend a good daily multivitamin and possibly add C, E, Calcium, Magnesium, Zinc.

I've had it happen a few times to my feet, I'll be curling my toes for a while, then the muscles will start to ache and not want to straighten.
