Benefits of the Super O

I keep reading about the numerous benefits received after one has the ability to have "Super O"'s, making it out to be something more 'special' or 'sacred' than a normal orgasm (Which, personally, leaves me with less sexual energy than what I started with - So I try to minimize my traditional ejaculatory orgasms).
