I have a very strange question....and ( for some reason ) I was wondering this after my most recent prostate massage.
I've had about half a dozen "sessions" with my Helix Syn so far but haven't experienced any orgasm without any "manual" intervention. So far, the "super O" eludes me.....which is fine....I understand that it may take some time, practice and effort. At most, I have experienced some pre-cum. When I finally run of time during one of my sessions and want to <> get some "satisfaction"....I go ahead and masturbate.
What I have noticed ( which I am sure that many of you already know ) is that when I finally ejaculate....I ejaculate more than normal. Also...I noticed that after I started with massaging my prostate.....I think that I haven't been getting up as often in the middle of the night to go pee. I would assume that the overall massaging of the prostate is what is helping with that.
I know that everyone's body is different and it comes to down to the man's equipment....age ( I'm in my mid-40s )....more intense orgasm through regular vaginal sex....and the feeling from an prostate massage enhanced masturbation session is a little bit more intense.
I don't look at actually "finishing" myself off ( manually ) as a requirement, but is usually considered the "reward" for not getting a "super O". For those that haven't and have experienced a "Super O" from a prostate massage but usually "finish" yourself off manually.....do you think there is any benefits in not actually "finishing" yourself off from a Sexual or Health POV?
I guess that it would boil down to simply getting a prostate massage and then having the will power not to "finish" yourself off .
Does anyone have any thoughts on this?
@RM31 You seem to be off to a great start! This is not a strange question at all. None of us guys here will presume to tell you how to "manage" your body. But I for one will tell you that as great as a "Super-T" is (an ejaculation with Aneros), just try withholding your ejaculation for a day or two (or a week, or a month). That is called semen retention and if you are ready for the challenge, the rewards will blow you away! You continue to perform your regular Aneros sessions. Some of us (myself included) also practice "male chastity" where we are denied the pleasure of masturbation, sex and ejaculation. It is not for everyone. You are now exploring your body and your sexuality. You are on the Aneros "mountain" ---- how high you climb is really up to you! We are all here to lend you a hand and to share our mutual experiences. I for one look forward to your posts! BTW, don't worry about the Super-O; your body will let you have one at the right time! Just continue to enjoy your Aneros sessions. Good luck!
"Way back when" The forum consensus was that an hour of avoiding a 'wet orgasm' (either purposeful or accidental) was advisable following tool removal. This supposed to keep the mind 'brighter' without the refractory period and it's mild fog of depression. Supposedly the result would be a clearer mind's memory of the pleasures of Prostate massage and hopefully a better, more self-assured footstep on the path to re-wiring. (Google for )
If you don't ejaculate then your Oxytocin level will be lower and you'll be just a bit more horny.
I had habit of "finishing" with a super-T after almost every session, especially if that session was below average or a dud. Super-T's can be awesome and feel great, but multiple dry-O's are worlds better IMO. I found that if I limited my ejaculations to once every 2 weeks or so, that my sessions are better and I have more and stronger dry-O's.
This frequency WILL vary between individuals; experimentation will determine what your "sweet spot" for ejaculations is.

I don't think that I am going to go the route of "male chastity"......although I am considering not using Mr.Handy as often now ( it's de-sensitizing my penis ). But I will try to enjoy some Aneros sessions without touching myself and "finishing". I don't know if it will be similiar to "edging" ( as in, bringing myself close to a climax but not actually following through with it ), but I will see how it goes.
I'm wondering if this would help with achieving a "super O" over the long term? Eh....I will see.
Thanks for the comments.

I will consider this.
Thanks.....I just googled "Oxytocin in male" and that seems....as Spock would say.....fascinating.

What's is a "Super T" Orgasm?
Also....what is the difference between a "Super T" and "Super O" Orgasm?
I suspect a "Super T" Orgasm an orgasm as a result of a masturbation session during a Aneros session?
Another question.......after reading some of the forum posts here.
Can you literally leave your Aneros Helix Syn in your anus for extended periods of time. For example, I read that someone had decided to leave their Aneros inside your anus before relaxing and taking a nap. Have any of you left your Aneros Product inside your anus and just go on and do what you regularly do ( walk around, sit down or even work ) and/or go to sleep?
Is that safe to leave an object in your anus like this for a long period of time ( even while walking around )?
You'll eventually develop the ability to have "dry" or "prostate" orgasms but it takes a while. It took me almost a year for the so-called "re-wiring" to come. I'd suggest having two or maybe three sessions a week where you just practice having prostate sensations without touching your penis at all. Occasionally when the desire's really strong to do so it's okay to "finish off" with traditional penile stimulation and ejaculation, and as you have observed, with an Aneros inserted it will generally be a more intense traditional orgasm with a greater amount of ejaculate produced. In response to your other questions, I can't think of any specific benefit from not "finishing off" with a traditional ejaculatory orgasm other than giving yourself the opportunity with the times that you don't of "listening" to the subtle sensations from prostate massage that are simply overwhelmed when traditional penile stimulation is begun. As to leaving the smaller "more comfortable" massagers in for extended periods of time, there's no harm in doing so as long as it doesn't feel irritating or uncomfortable for you. Once that happens your almost assured of having no pleasant or orgasmic sensations come. Some contributors feel pleasant sensations leaving their massagers in for extended periods of time, such as during sleep, but I basically never get any nice sensations from doing so.
I believe if you have not got to the point where you are having consistent dry-O's you should probably avoid penis interaction during sessions. I think most will rewire quicker if the penis is avoided. Nothing wrong with cleaning the pipes after a session if that's what you feel you need to do; probably not a good idea to make a habit of doing it after EVERY session.

Yes, what you are describing is called a Super-T

FYI, High Island Health LLC is the parent company & manufacturer of the Aneros ® brand of prostate massagers. This patented device was originally and is currently offered for sale as the Pro-State ® line of massagers on the High Island Health website. The HIH website is primarily oriented toward the health aspects and benefits of prostate massage in accord with Oriental medicine for prostate related issues. I encourage you to check out that site to learn more about the health benefits. You may also be interested in reading about the ongoing Columbia Medical School study using the Pro-State massagers. The High Island Health website also contains testimonials from users regarding their experiences using these wonderful little massagers. That website also provides links to additional information on prostate health, the Aneros® website, by contrast, is oriented toward the sensual, pleasure aspects of prostate massage.
I don't look at actually "finishing" myself off ( manually ) as a requirement, but is usually considered the "reward" for not getting a "super O".
I am assuming your term "finishing" to mean an ejaculatory orgasm as opposed to a dry orgasm or no orgasm at all. If that is the case then I question rewarding yourself for NOT getting a Super-O.
For those that haven't and have experienced a "Super O" from a prostate massage but usually "finish" yourself off manually.....do you think there is any benefits in not actually "finishing" yourself off from a Sexual or Health POV? Does anyone have any thoughts on this?
While I have over the past ten years indulged in Super-T's on a few occasions, I never made it a regular practice from the very begining of my journey because I was aware of the possibility of cross-wiring or impeding my wiring toward obtaining Super-O's. If your goal is achieving Super-O's, I do believe it is helpful to avoid associating the ejaculatory reflex with prostate based orgasms. Ejaculations trigger a hormonal cascade in the body which typically has a negative effect, leading to the male refractory period, a plunge in arousal as prolactin conteracts dopamine and oxytocin peaks. This effect usually becomes even more pronounced as we age. A high arousal level is important to achieving a Super-O, that is why you will often read on this forum about men practicing semen retention (non-ejaculatory behaviors) as a means of maintaining high arousal levels.
Is that safe to leave an object in your anus like this for a long period of time (even while walking around)?
How do you measure SAFE? There is an element of risk to any human activity and Aneros use is no different. IMHO, with good lubrication and following the manufacturer's recommendations Aneros use is safe. However, when you start expanding the time period of use, new factors get introduced. Lubrication tends to dry up which can cause increased friction leading to abrasion and irritation. Physical activity while Aneros is in place can cause external chafing and soreness, plus accidental contact with exterior objects can cause sudden movement to the massager leading to unexpected bruising or even more severe injury to the prostate. Some users frequently nap or sleep with their massagers in place and claim no harm has occurred (I am not a supporter of this practice). As you become more experienced you will see the practical limits and hopefully exercise prudent restraint in the pursuit of prostate pleasures.
Good Vibes to You !
